Why does my device doesn't show green/red light?Updated 5 months ago

There are 2 reasons why your device doesn't show green/red lights:

1. The battery life is under 50%

2. The device is not plugged in.

Make sure that your device is plugged in and has at least 75% battery for the LED lights to appear :)
