TickrMeter stuck on "Server Connected"Updated 10 months ago

If the device is stuck on "Server Connected!", a quick fix is to try and restart the device. To do this,

please select a USA-listed stock on your tickrmeter portal. You can try TSLA — send to tickrmeter. Then turn the device off and then on as illustrated: 


If this does not help, you need to delete the device to reset it. Here's a guide:

  1. Log in to your account on tickrmeter.io
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner and then on "User Devices".
  3. From here, you can delete your device by clicking on the bin symbol in the line for the selected device.
  4. Then you need to turn off the device - and then turn it back on to set it up from scratch again. 😊
