If your devices are having charging problems.


1) Please give the TickeMeter direct power from a 45W to 100W USB-C charger for 8-10 hours. (you have to plug it into an “old style” phone charger or the USB outlet from your laptop or similar.)


2) In your user profile. Please remove the device from your profile. 

      

Here's how:

  •   Log in to the TickrMeter portal or click here.
  •   Go to "User Devices" by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
  •   Find the devices you wish to return and delete them by clicking on the "trash can" icon.


3) After 8-10 hours of charging, re-install as a new device.


As soon as it’s back up and running. It will be able to charge from most normal chargers again :)
